RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return,
1. The customer need to know first what items they bought before open any packaging. If we send wrong item please make sure to check before open it.
2. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if already open the packaging we will not be entertaining any return or refund), only defect item can be entertain.
3. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
1. Gift cards
3. Free devices, free flavors or free disposable
4. Clearance item (Including devices, disposable pod & etc)
To complete your return we require,
1. A receipt or proof of purchase order.
2. Proof of item defect (image & video).
3. Detail and an explanation of problem encounter.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once item return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email/sms/whatsapp to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item problem are legit then your refund will be processed and we will credited the amount to your method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited (within 14 working days after we announce to refund). First check your bank account again then contact your method of payment/bank/credit card company to verify it. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us again at our customer service 010-3258030 (whatsapp only).
We only replace items if,
1. The item are defective or damaged, please inform us immediately and then we will exchanges the same item of your purchases.
2. We wrongly send the item that suppose you purchase.
3. The item you purchase is no longer available or out of stock, then for this matter we might asking you to exchange to other item that is equal to purchase item.
Depending on where you live, the time it take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
To return your product,
1. You should contact and notify us immediately.
2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Please pack the item properly and put some bubble wrap to the item before putting into the parcel.
