Q : How much is the postage delivery cost?

A : Our delivery rates as below:

 Any area within Peninsular Malaysia   Flat rate RM4.50/RM5.00 per postage
 Any area within Sabah & Sarawak   Flat rate RM15.00 per postage

Q : How long does delivery take?

A : Our delivery time needed as below:

 Peninsular Malaysia   1 – 5 working days with exceptions on weekends and public holidays.
 Sabah & Sarawak   3 – 7 working days with exceptions on weekends and public holidays.

Q : What kind of shipping method do you offer?

A : we offer shipping method as below:

 Peninsular Malaysia   PosLaju , J&T, DHL, Ninjavan,  Pgeon, MrSpeedy (same day delivery)
 Sabah & Sarawak   PosLaju , J&T, DHL

Q : How can I get my shipping information?

A : Once your order has been processed and packed, we will sent you an email/sms notification containing a unique tracking number for you to keep track on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking number will be sent to your registered email address/phone number. Please check your spam box / junk mail in case it’s there! .

Q : Can i get my order deliver on the same day?

A : Yes you can by using our MrSpeedy ‘on demand delivery/same day delivery’. This same day delivery only applicable for KL & selangor area only. .

Q : Why my order same day delivery not receive yet and already pass my time slot?

A : Due to high traffic, please consider extra time gap between 1-2 hours even after your time slot taken,  as well your order may be delay or postpone during rainy day. .

Q : My items haven’t received yet. What should I do?

A : If your items have still not arrived, don’t worry. You could track the transit status of your order by click or contact as per below :

Q : My order is not delivered / missing. I want a refund!

A : If this case happens, kindly email us your order detail information to order@vape69.storem or whatsapp +60 11-1724 1684 Information required:

  1. Order ID number
  2. Customer’s name
  3. Customer’s contact number
  4. Customer shipping address
  5. Date of purchase

We will assist you to check the status of your parcel and claim the refund from courier The process of refund will take about 3 months. .

Q : I received my order, but one of the item missing. What should I do?

  2. Item missing Code / SKU
  3. Customer’s name
  4. Customer’s contact number
  5. Customer shipping address
  6. Date of purchase
